【Production Process】
In collaboration with Mojo Hold ( https://mojohold.myshopify.com/ ), we use the same techniques as those used for real climbing holds. The process begins with carving the shape from a firm sponge-like block (foam). This prototype is used to create a silicone mold, into which high-quality Japanese polyurethane resin is poured. Once the resin hardens, the piece is carefully removed, refined, and finished by hand.

The result is a beautifully detailed, realistic keychain that climbers and fans of the sport will love!

【製作工程】
Mojo Hold（ https://mojohold.myshopify.com/ ）とコラボしました。

本物のクライミングホールドを作るのと同じ工程を採用。硬いスポンジ状のブロック（フォーム）から形を削り出し、そこからシリコン型を作成。日本製の高品質ポリウレタン樹脂を流し込んで固めます。樹脂が完全に固まった後、型から取り出し丁寧に仕上げて完成！細部までこだわったリアルな仕上がりです。
