The term "semi-combed yarn" refers to cotton that has undergone a combing process where about 10% of impurities are removed. This makes it softer than carded yarn, which is commonly used in standard T-shirts. Since it contains fewer impurities, the fabric gains a noticeable sheen, contributing to a sense of luxury and texture. Compared to carded yarn, semi-combed yarn also retains its thickness better over repeated washes, as there are fewer impurities to wear away, enhancing its durability.

The collar features ”double stitching", offering superior strength and durability. Compared to single stitching, it provides a more robust seam, making the collar resistant to fraying and helping it retain its shape. It also prevents stretching around the neck, ensuring a comfortable, snug fit that stays comfortable even after long hours of wear. 「セミコーマ糸」とは、
コーミング工程で約10%の不良部分を取り除いた綿花を使用。一般的なTシャツに使用されているカード糸よりも柔らかく、カード糸より不純物が少ない分、高級感、質感に実は大事な、生地の光沢が出てきます。カード糸と比較して、洗濯毎に削がれる糸のまわりについている不純物がカード糸よりも少ない分、その分薄くなってこないので耐久性も増してきます。

首元に「ダブルステッチ」を採用し、優れた強度と耐久性を実現しました。シングルステッチに比べて縫い目が強固で、襟元がほつれにくく、型崩れもしにくいのが特徴です。また、首回りの伸びを防ぎ、適度なフィット感を提供することで、長時間の着用でも快適さが続きます。毎日の使用や洗濯にも耐える高品質な作りで、Tシャツのシルエットを美しく保ちながら快適な着心地を提供します。
